Return Policy

At YourNorthStore, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do our best to ensure a great shopping experience, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our return policy carefully.


📦 Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

In the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

❗️Important: Not all items are returnable. Some products marked as final sale, non-returnable, or personal use (e.g., underwear, beauty items) may not be eligible for returns.


🔁 Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. However:

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not refund the original shipping cost (if any).

A restocking fee may apply in certain cases.


⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right by offering:

A free replacement

A full or partial refund

Store credit

📸 Please include photos or videos showing the issue to speed up the process.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

It may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Gift cards or digital products

Intimate or sanitary goods

Final sale or clearance items

Opened beauty, personal care, or health products


📮 Return Process

To request a return, email us at yournorthstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with further instructions and a return address (please do not send returns to the sender’s address on the shipping label).
